Shipping

PurelyHome is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items received.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
